1. Spring & Fall
Opening Day-May 21 & Aug 30-Sept 15
$180/person/night for 2 or more adults @ normal occupancy. Single person rate is cabin Rate + $110.
Kids Rates: 2 kids less than 4 free, 4-7 – $90, 8-11 – $100, 12-15 – $120 person/day**. Cabin #146 Rate Exception:2 Adults minimum: $220 per person per night.”Normal Occupancy” (N.O.) = minimum of 1 adult per available bed in the cabin. If less than N.O., then 2 per. rate equals cabins with kitchens lodging rate + $110 per person per day to add AP meals/services.
2. Bass Spawn
May 22- June 30.
$185/person/night for 2 or more adults @ normal occupancy. Single person rate is cabin rate + $110
Kids Rates: 2 kids less than 4 free, 4-7 – $95, 8-11 – $110, 12-15 – $125 person/day**. Cabin #146 Rate Exception:2 Adults minimum:$225 pppn. “Normal Occupancy” (N.O.) = minimum of 1 adult per available bed in the cabin. If less than N.O., then 2 per. rate equals cabins with kitchens lodging rate + $110 per person per day to add AP meals/services.
3. Summer Vacation
Aug 1- 29 . No A/P in July.
$165/person/night for 2 or more adults @ normal occupancy. Single person rate is cabin rate plus $100 per night.
$200/person/night for cabin 146 @ “double occupancy”.
“Normal occupancy” assigned as follows:
- Cabins 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 11, 19 & 146: 2 or more adults per cabin.
- Cabins 2, 5, 7, 144 up & 144 down: 3 adults or 2 adults & 1-3 children per cabin*.
- Cabin 142: 3-4 adults or 2-3 adults & 2-4 children per cabin*.
* If less than “normal occupancy”, then adult rate equals cabins with kitchens lodging rate + $100 per person per day to add AP meals/services for adults (see kids rates below). Single occupancy is available in cabins 8 & 10 only.
Kids Rates: 2 kids less than 4 free, 4-7 – $85, 8-11 – $95, 12-15 – $110/person/day. Kids rates apply when kids with 2 or more adults (if 1 adult only, use cabins with kitchens lodging rate + applicable food and lodging add-ons for adults or kids to add meals/services to your stay).

No Pets Allowed In or On Rideout’s Property.
- Discounts: Military veterans with ID : Take 5% off.
- Gratuities: It is customary to tip approx. 15% of the food and lodging bill when on the All-Inclusive plan.
- Taxes: Rate does not include the Maine state food tax (currently 8%) and lodging tax (currently 9%).
I. Spring & Fall & Bass Spawn American Plan
Description:
Includes a big hearty breakfast and quality family style dinner meal served in our lakeside dining room, a quality packed lunch, daily maid service (e.g. towels changed, room cleaned, beds made, etc.), full dock service (e.g. starting, bailing, cleaning, and gassing of rental boats, dry boat cushions on rainy days, etc.), unrestricted access to the lodge building, recreation room (with satellite TV), fast dependable free DSL WiFi service, access to sandy beach, swim beach/float, fish cleaning & free unlimited ice service. The American Plan also includes free use of our kayaks and canoes on East Grand Lake. If you bring your own boat, use our boat launch, dock space, power & lights plus trailer parking at no additional charge.
II. Summer Vacation American Plan
Description:
Meals include a big hearty breakfast, made-to-order packed lunch and quality family style dinner served in our lakeside dining room. Includes maid service, gas and other minor services on the dock. Also includes unrestricted access to the lodge building, recreation room (with satellite TV), fast dependable free DSL WiFi service, sandy beach, boat launch & free ice service. Also includes free use of our kayaks and canoes on East Grand Lake. If you bring your own boat, use our launch, dock space, power & lights plus trailer parking at no additional charge.
