Reservations For Cabins with Kitchens (or Overnight Lodging) Stays:
The policy requires a 20% prepayment of the total lodging rate (less taxes) or $100 minimum (whichever is larger) to be made within two weeks of making the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable until six weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations. Upon check-in you will also be billed for your scheduled length of stay with no adjustment for early departure. Reservations for American Plan (or All-Inclusive Plan) Stays:
The policy requires one night’s rate per person, or a 20% prepayment of the total food and lodging rate, whichever is larger, (less taxes and gratuity) to be made within two weeks of making the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable until six weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and for persons who do not accompany their party. Upon check-in you will also be billed for your scheduled length of stay with no adjustment for early departure (or missed meals, if applicable).
